I have used this location for my computer and phone needs now for years!! Love this place! Moreover, a sales representative named Freddie helped me with an Iphone need. That guy was amazing!! In fact, the questions I had I'm sure were of an elementary level that any TI guy could answer. He didn't disrespect me, in fact he was incredibly patient and treated me like a person and not a number. You're awesome Freddie.

Nice store! Had a bunch of everything gaming-wise. From SNES to PS5 and PCs. Loads of Cell Phones too! Friendly staff that were quick to help and direct. I will be back.

If could put more stars I would. After a small misunderstanding regarding availability of a Game Boy SP charger, Sergio the owner of the location went out of his way to make it right. He provided me the item in question and additionally compensated me with a gift card to the store. Definitely recommend especially to people looking for an honest establishment. I wish they had more locations in the El Paso area!! Thank you again Sergio!! 🙏🙏

Went and got my ps5 fixed because of bad HDMI very profesional and showed me every step of fixing it didn’t even take an hour to fix. Quality work!! Would really recommend for any tech issues!!! Would definitely go back with him!!

Amazing experience , the team was helpful and attentive throughout the whole visit. As soon as walking in they asked if you had any questions. And everyone was very knowledgeable of the items and stock they have on hand 🔥🔥🔥

I went into the store not really knowing what I needed, and Freddie was absolutely amazing. From the moment he helped me, he was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out and put on a screen protector and a phone case for my new phone, making the whole process super easy. By the time I left, I even walked out with a new pair of AirPods! Freddie was a really cool, helpful young guy who made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Customer service like that really makes a difference. He definitely made my day! Highly recommend asking for Freddie if you visit this store! 😊

I recently visited our local media store, and I have to say, I was really impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "hello" that made me feel right at home. Raul and his team genuinely seem to love what they do and are always ready to help. I was on the hunt for a specific game that I couldn't find anywhere else. When I asked about it, the clerk not only checked the shelves but also took the time to look it up in their inventory and suggested alternatives in case it wasn’t available. The store itself is well-organized and has a great selection of movies, games, and electronics. It’s easy to browse, and everything is clearly labeled. While I was there, I noticed a few new releases that caught my eye, too! Overall, I left with my game and had a great experience. If you’re looking for a place where customer service matters and you can find some fantastic titles, I highly recommend checking out this store. I’ll definitely be back

From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and easy. Everything about the experience was great honestly, nothing needs to be changed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. The service was efficient, professional, and welcoming.
